Is it at this time possible to show a polyamorous relationship between three people? If not, can it become a new feature?

you just click on add a new partner rather than add ex partner.

Even if you change the details of the second partner (using 'Change or delete' to set the original person as current, this will automatically set the first partner as an ex.
