How to view relationship between two people (Neither me)

I know you can view your relationship to yourself, and I know you can view your partner's connection, but how about others? I'd like to accurately check if, for example, two kids are properly shown as half-siblings.

Click show relationship one of the people and click where it says your name at the top. Then select the person from the list.
