I created my family tree on this website in May 2021 and have never had an issue accessing my account/family tree. Today (Jan 9, 2024) I tried to access my family tree four different times on my laptop and on my phone, and I keep getting an error message saying "you do not have permission to view this family," even though this is my own family tree that I created. It keeps saying I am not permitted to edit the tree and shows me a blank screen.
Has anyone else also had this issue? Or have any ideas on how to fix it?
I would truly appreciate any and all help with this issue. This means so much to me and I am devastated that I have suddenly lost all the information I had input into my family tree (I have spent hours doing research and building it up and had over 200 relatives).
