Why can't I access all families in my account? I can access only one!

Does it work the way you expect if you try it in another browser? Could you describe the steps you are taking?
I have the same issue and would love it if someone knew how to fix it.
Sorry, we had some server downtime, it should be fixed now.

Click "My Account" on top. There you see the other families. Pick one and work on that one.
 

(If you really expect to see two different trees on your screen, you could start another instance of your browser...)
