Using Edge but unable to add partner, contact etc. Been away for a while what am i doing wrong.

Have never been able to get it to work properly with Chrome. THe problem I am experiencing now is how FE wasn't working with Chrome.

What do you see when you try to change that information? Is the tech box there? Can you type in it? What happens when you press enter?

After discussing problem with Gideon I have resolved the issue by using Firefox. This will be my dedicated FE browser. Gideon is of the opinion that FE will not load properly due to an issue with browser extensions of add ons. FE is working satisfactorily with full functionality. Thank you to all who offered help and advice

This may be an issue with Edge itself and not Family Echo. I use Chrome and have never eperienced these problems. If that doesn't work, you could use the "Send Feedback" button at the bottom of the page to let the developers know.
