I cannot access a tree I started years ago. Even with a reset password it wont let me in.

You could try contacting the guy who made the program with the send feedback button. You should send him enough information to give him a shot at retrieving it. Maybe: your full name as it appears in the tree, any usernames you might have used, any email addresses you might have used.
