Could Family Echo please do something about the backlog of unanswered questions that has built up? Some of those questions have been there for months, and I'm sure that must be frustrating for the people who asked them in the first place.
It is clear that normal users do not have the knowledge to solve these problems, so could Family Echo please give them some attention?
