Website isn’t letting me delete people

Is it because I'm on an iPad not a computer? I've tried every day the past three days and it won't work.

I didn't have any trouble deleting people while using the iPad. Could you give us the steps you are using to try and delete people? Maybe we can see what is going wrong.
