How to change a child to adopted from father/mother entry

Is there a way to change a child to adopted from original father/mother entry.  The tree is complete but a couple of these changes need to be made.  Is there a place to edit these details???

Yes, choose the person, click "Change or delete" on the left, then "Change parents". That screen should let you make the necessary changes.
