There is not a way to show twins within Family Echo. You could display birthdays, and it would be apparent that they had the same birthday. But horizontal lines are used to show partnership type relationships on family trees, so it might be confusing to use a horizontal line. You could, I suppose, add them as an "extra partner", but I think the lines will get confusing.
