Yes. There is a "Download / export family tree" button in the lower left portion of the screen. You will want to export your family tree as a GEDCOM file. A GEDCOM file is the standard geniology file format, and every family tree program that can import a file can import a GEDCOM file. Just out of curiosity, what software do you intend to import it into and why? Personally, I use Family Tree Maker to print my family tree, so that's why I export mine.
