Other family members are not able to see the biographical info on the left side panel

When I share the family tree with my other family members, they are not able to see all the personal information that has been entered into the left side panel. Is this normal or how do they access all the information about each family members?

Is it possible that the left panel is not expanded? Do you see the ">>" in the lower left corner above the About link? If you see that, click on it and see if the left panel expands.

I click on the family member I wish to invite to see the tree and then click on "share" in the upper right hand. I  tested it myself by sending to an alternate email address but the indepth information on the left side panel was not included.

Do the family members I want to share the tree with have to open their own account (familyecho.com) in order to view the side panel with the personal and geographical information that I have entered?

No, I tested this and you do not have to have an account to see the side panel information.
