Old Account imported into new account

Question

I had previously created a family tree years ago.  I could not remember ny sign infoformation nor my previous email.  how do I access that information into my new account?

I checcked my account page and I do not see a Users item  The only tabs I have are Save, Save, Account and Logout tabs.  Maybe I am not on the correct page

In the top menu there is a "Users" item.  Click on it and scroll through to see if you might recognise your old username.  If you can find it ask the webmaster for help using the "Send feedback" link.  Otherwise you may be SOL.
