How to add only 1 parent (the other parent is unknown)?

Click on 'Add Parents' as norma. Input the information for whichever parent you know, leaving the other one as 'Mother/Father of X'. Then delete the incomplete parent. The lines connecting the parent to offspring will adjust accordingly.
