My mother's father (Nana) and Fathers mother are siblings how do i join the two on the chart

Ive gone upwards doing my granparents for both sides, how do I now connect My mother's father (Nana) and Fathers mothers who are siblings?

You would need to add parents for one of them, and then add the second's parents as people who already exist on the tree.
