Can I import from CSV?

I see that I can export but can I do the same otherway round? Can I fill the details and then import into the Family Echo?

The only two file formats that you can import into Family Echo are GEDCOM and FamilyScript. So you can't add information to the CSV file and import it. But GEDCOM is the standard format for genealogy data, and nearly all genealogy programs can import and export it. So you can do whatever importing you want from other programs. One of them might import CSV files.
