why can't I update color for other

Are you following these steps:

  1. Click on "Show options"
  2. Click on the colored rectangle to the right of "Other box:"
  3. Select the color from the color selection box that appears.

Do you see the color selection box? When you change the color, does the color change under "Show options"?
