Your question is a little unclear, but if you're looking for the history of when you have changed what, it is at the top left, where it shows the name of your tree, then says it was founded by you...next to that it will say View History and you can see which tree members you have added or edited on any given date.
If you mean a record of who you have sent your tree to, I don't believe there is a history of that.
