I am trying to add a photo for my grandson who was born on 15th February 2021. I have added him to the family tree and am now trying to add his photo.
When I click on 'Choose File' there is no response.
I am working on an iMac desktop computer.
I would expect a Finder window to open to allow me to select a file to upload to Family Echo, but nothing happens when I click 'Choose File'.
Also, if I try to change an existing photo for somebody else on the family tree, the same thing happens, there is no response when I click 'Choose File'.
