How do I fix glitches or discrepancies on the tree.

There appear to be a number of gltches or discrepancies that pop up. Names that are doubled up, details that are incorrect what I'm unable to change, things of that nature. Is there some guide to fixing these discrepancies?

I am having a similar problem - I have duplicate names and I can't delete the duplicate.
