How can I join a daughter to parents without getting an error message that says I will break the tree?

The daughter is a mother/grandmother to another branch of the tree. The parents are currently attached to only one other daughter in the tree, but this is the dominant leg of the tree.  If I can't, it doesn't represent the truth. I will have duplicates.

Try clicking the Change and delete then change parents then choose new parents from the tree. Then you will have to scroll to who her parents are once their both selected click set new parents.

I tried but it keeps showing the message "it will break the tree". How could I solve this problem ?
