I see this question has been asked numerous times without an answer. I have tried 2 things: firstly the print icon below, exporting to a PDF that spans multiple pages. This doesn't work as not all of the individual's names are displayed at once, so not all of them print. Secondly, I have tried exporting the PDF twice, first with one lot of names and secondly with the other lot of names thinking I"ll stickytape them together, then scan the final document etc etc. But that didn't work either as first PDF printed in one size font. Second in another size font. I'm about to give up. Is there anyone out there who has solved this problem?
