1. CAN ONE CREATE A FAMILY TREE FROM AN ANSCESTOR TO 3RD GENETATION

2. CREATE ANOTHER FAMILY TREE TO CONTINUE FROM 3RD GENERATION TO 6TH GENERATION

3. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MERGE 1 AND 2 ABOVE TO HAVE A BIGGER FAMILY TREE?

Family Echo doesn't have the capability to merge trees.  GEDCOM file can be merged with external applications.  Here is a LINK to some info.
