No. Only one photo per member.

A work around for this that someone suggested was to keep your other photos (or all photos) in an album from an online photo service like Flickr, iCloud, Google Photos et. cetera. Then put the link to that album in one of the biopraphical data fields.

A bonus to this method is that our Family Tree is much more portable, because photos are not exported in your GEDCOM file, but URLs are exported.
