I have an account under the username lelizabeth. I forgot my password and try to reset it, but never receive the email to do it. I checked under spam or junk mail, but still nothing for hours...almost the whole day. I tried many times but still nothing.
To ask this question, I have to create another account, but still want to retrieve my old account so I don't have to redo all the work.
