I already have a large family tree on Family Tree Maker. How can I import this info into Family Echo without reentering all that data.?

Export your Family Tree Maker data to a GEDCOM file.  Instructions here.

Import the GEDCOM file into Family Echo.

  1. Goto My Account and click on the [Create or import new family] button.
  2. At the bottom left of window, click on the [Import GEDCOM or FamilyScript...] button.
  3. Click on the [Browse] button to locate the GEDCOM file you downloaded. Then click [Import]

You will now have your tree in Family Echo.
