it isn't all showing

The family tree I am working on isn't large AT ALL... but on the screen it is only showing a portion of the tree.  How do I get everything to show on screen?

Mine is doing the same thing I printed what I thought was my daughters family tree from both sides and it cut her dads side completely off.
