Big tree, want to split into sections but how?

My ancestors had many many kids & I've found it easier in my handwritten notes to split them into sections.  When I tried to do this in FE, it always starts with "Me".  I want it to start with gg-gf instead.  How can I do this? Or can I?

In all new Trees I choose my parents as childless relatives. I set myself a gender - Other.

And I call myself God.
