First add the new parent by selecting the existing spouse the on the Partners tab click on "add partner/ex."
Once you have added and edited the new partner you can click on him/her and then click on the "Add child button." Confirm the correct other parent then edit details.
If the half sibling is already on the tree you can select him/her then click on the "Change of delete" button then click on "Change parents."
