Can't access my family tree

The message I keep getting is:

This family could not currently be located. This may be due to occasional system maintenance, so please try again in a few hours.

I started early in the morning, and every few hours tried again. I have tried about 5 times and still can't access my family.

Can you help me?

We are having a problem with the family storage server and working on it.
