Can I show someone is related in 2 different ways to others?

So I'm making my family tree and it turns out there's someone whose great aunt by blood is the wife of his wife's great uncle by blood. Is there any way to show the to connections without making 2 separate entries? Or would I just have to make a separate family tree for both families and not have them connect at all?

You can add a partner that's already on the tree elsewhere.
