There is a known problem with using tablets and some other mobile devices, which for some reason means you sometimes cannot access the tree on them. All your information is still safe and secure, and you should be able to access your tree from a computer. As far as I know Family Echo are looking into this and should soon fix it.

If you haven't already, try accessing it on your pad- they may have already fixed it!
