Website not letting me create a new tree?

I permanently disabled an old account and then created a new account w/ the same email. I began making a new tree but wasn't saving even when I manually hit the save button. I went back to the "My Account" page and deleted the family and tried to make a new one but when I click the buttton for it does not do anything. When I reload the page nothing happens. I logged out several times, restarted my computer several times, checked my internet in case there was problem, everything was working fine.

I've searched on here but no one else seems to have run into this problem. Any clue as to what I could do to fix it? Thanks.
