Set the "Children", "Parents" and "Others" to the maximum number of generations and select the top person. You can change the print settings to see the tree clearer, by printing on more pages etc. Most family trees (including mine) are very complex and large so you, unfortunately, still won't be able to view the entire tree. You can select one person and then  click print, printing his immediate family from his/her perspective. Then you can select other people and print from them. Hope this makes sense?
