It's annoying when I want to focus on one person. Logging off and then back on again helps temporarily. Does anyone else have this problem?

That happens when you inadvertantly drag the cursor outside of the diagram. It is annoying but easily fixed. Just click with your mouse or touchpad while your cursor is in the diagram and it will free up again. Voila!!
