Hello, I discovered this site today and I love the platform. But when I shared the link from the website to my cousing and she clicked on it, it was zoomed beyond useable! It is definetely a bug in the system...

Not sure what you mean by "zoomed beyond useable." Has your cousin tried using the plus or minus zoom icon functions near the bottom of the tree view?
