I would like to:

Change my email address : How do I do this?

Change my password: How do I do this? (I forgot my old password: it's been awhile.)

As far as I know, you can do it in the menu at the right-up corner, you will see a button "My account". There are options to change it. And if you forgot your password and can't log in then click forgot password. I did it at Samedaypapers website when I had troubles with logging in. If you don't have access to your email then I suggest you write to support.
