I click delete on a person and the page freezes.

It could be issue either with your internet, your computer, or the FamilyEcho servers. Wait it out and try again to see if it's the servers. Your computer could possibly be slow, so close any other programs to see if that works. There's a good chance it's your internet being slow, ISPs can usually be unreliable. Of course all of this is mindless speculation and unideal solutions, I don't know your computer or your internet service. Just try the cliche options - trying again later and turning the computer off and on.
