Is there any way that your print options from the last time you printed can be remembered for next time?

I'm afraid it is not currently possible. It's a good idea, mentioned here: http://answers.familyecho.com/310/is-there-any-way-to-save-a-view?show=310#q310 and we will look into adding it on the site.
