Why is there an anon 19?

I was making a family tree and it said I added Anon 19. Oddly enough I didn't, so why did this happen?

This used to be a person that you didn’t give a first name to, so they were referred to something like “Child of Blank” based of who you created the person of your tree from. Then, if you deleted the person that they were added from, the tree has nothing to refer them to, so it reverts to an Anon (Anonymous).
