The situation I have is that a brother and a sister (Clara & Pete) married another brother and sister (Leona & John). I can indicate Pete and Leona's marriage, however I can not figure out how to show that Leona and John are siblings.

You can add it for the second time and add to the description about your double bond. Otherwise, you can get confused. Once, I printed my tree for the Essayvikings, and when I tried to explain who is who, there was a mess.
