Transparent part of PNG/GIF photos become black

Hi there,

I'm trying to use PNG icons as photos for people (I know this is not meant to be the usage of photos). I found that the transparent parts of PNG/GIF files become black on Family Echo (see the image below), which also appear in the generated PDF files. Could you kindly change the image engine? Thanks!

Unfortunately it's not possible since all images are stored as JPEGs, which don't support transparency. Sorry about that.
