Unable to Save after successful import of GEDCOM file.

I imported my gedcom file without any errors.  It is a rather large file but when I click on save I receive an error message that the data cannot be saved.  Is there a limit on import size?  Is there anything else I can try.  I am a school teacher and preparing for a family tree class coming up.  Would like to have my students use your website to build their trees but need my tree as an example for them to see.   Thank you for your response.

This is most likely due to a server problem we were having yesterday. If you are still not able to save the family tree today, please let me know in a follow-up comment or question.
