how do a view my ENTIRE family tree in one go?

I want to try and view my entire family tree however it just comes up with lots of dotted lines. HELP!

At the bottom of tree screen there are three settings: Parents, Children and Others. Try increasing the value of those settings. Also try selecting a member that is close to the center of the tree. Experiment.

this link brings me back here, i have the same problem, even after setting als parameters (parents, children and others) to 15 gen
Sorry, this answer should have been on a different question, not linking back to the same question. I'm afraid it is often not possible to show the entire family tree at once, without confusing crossing lines. The advice in the first answer, to try and select different people, is the only way to see if it is possible. If not, you can always print your family tree in sections.
