I'm trying to e-mail my family tree, it says it sent but the person I'm sending it to doesn't get it, what can I do?

I have the same problem, the email doesn't arrive. As far as I can see the only thing that works is for friend to log onto family echo and use my user name and password, but this does not seem right. They are needing to Sort out this web site so that it works. What I also want to know is- if it worked does work what does friend do to open family tree.or does friend get an "open" family tree which they then save with their own name and password, with full access controlled by me?

Sometimes email messages sent directly from the website are blocked. In the same panel that you see when inviting someone to share your family tree, there is a link that you can copy. If you send this link from your own email to the relative you are trying to share with, it should reach them without a problem.
