Birth order wrong with my pop and siblings,have no birth dates, can I change it without losing data

There is no way to change the order without adding birth dates. You could put in years only if you have them, and the siblings will be ordered by age.

If you don't know birthdates you can add the birth year as 1, 2, 3, etc. and they'll be listed in the order you want.
