For the duplicates, what do you mean by "Two different relationships???

It means the people are related in more then one way.

For example on one of my trees I have brothers who are married to sisters. Their children are duplicated becuase they are first maternal cousins and  first paternal cousins. There are other scenerios it just means there is some sort of double relationship/kinship between people.
