Hi. I'm afraid Show button only shows default 'Name only' and won't accept Maiden name

I have tried this both on Samsung Tablet and on laptop.

Have you tried changing the settings on the scroll menu marked 'Show:' at the bottom of the screen? If this doesn't work, it might be because of a problem with your device, or perhaps a bug with Family Echo (more unlikely).
