I am downloading tree as HTML, but won't load when I try to open with Chrome or Safari???????

I am downloading the tree as HTML, but won't load when I try to open with Chrome or Safari??????? The first page loads. Then when it gets to loading the tree it does not work....... PLEASE HELP

Chrome has a stricter policy than other browsers regarding Javascript access between disk files. This is the reason that your downloaded information cannot currently be viewed in Chrome. We were unaware of an issue on Safari, but will look into it. For now, if possible, please try using a different we browser to open your family tree
