how can I add grandparents and uncless and so on? Seems it can only allow me to add the immediate family members..

If the tree that you're working on is not yours, but was shared to you, then your editing priviledges will be much more limited that the tree's founder. I'm afraid that there's not much that you can do about this, short of contacting the founder with a request that they add the relatives.
